Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and BizCrew when you use the BizCrew app on iOS, Android or the web. We keep them in plain language on purpose. By creating an account, joining a business on BizCrew or continuing to use it, you agree to them. Questions? Email developer@bizcrew.app.

Who we are

BizCrew is run by Yogesh Vasant Korke, an individual sole proprietor based in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India, trading as BizCrew. In these terms, “BizCrew”, “we” and “us” mean Yogesh Vasant Korke, and your agreement is with us. BizCrew is an AI app for running a business’s crew: people, roles, tasks and chats. You can reach us at developer@bizcrew.app.

Your account

You sign in with your email address, Google or Apple. Keep your email account and your phone secure, because anyone who can read your sign-in code can sign in as you. You must be old enough to make this agreement where you live, and you must give us a real name and email address.

Your business's content

The business owner sets up the business and invites people to it. The content you and your crew put into BizCrew — tasks, comments, chats, files, voice notes — belongs to you and your business. You let us store it, show it to the people in your business it is shared with, and process it to run the app’s features. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. The business owner can remove a person from the business at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use BizCrew to break the law, to commit fraud or send spam, to harass or threaten anyone, to share content you have no right to share, or to upload malware, probe, scrape, overload or try to break into the service. We may suspend an account or a business which does, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us. We may also pause a business which has not paid, or suspend an account when there is a security or fraud risk, or after repeated breaks of these terms.

Our service

The BizCrew apps, their software and the BizCrew name and logo belong to us. These terms let you use them; they do not give you ownership of them.

AI features

The assistant, voice input, the morning digest and file reading use AI. The assistant’s main model is an open-source DeepSeek model, reached through OpenRouter, which chooses the AI hosting provider for each request (servers can be in several countries, including the United States and China); Microsoft’s MAI-Transcribe model, also through OpenRouter, turns voice into text in the web app, and the mobile app uses Google Gemini (through Google Cloud Vertex AI), which also reads scanned files and is the backup. The app asks for your permission before anything is sent. AI can be wrong: check important answers, dates and amounts before you rely on them. See our Privacy Policy for what is sent and why. If you see AI output or other content in BizCrew which is unlawful or harmful, email developer@bizcrew.app; we will look at it and remove it when it breaks these terms.

Payments and subscriptions

A business may need a paid subscription after its free trial. The business owner sets it up and manages it outside the mobile apps. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT and sends the receipt, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the purchase. A subscription is charged per active member, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled; the amount follows the number of active members. The owner can cancel at any time, and the crew keeps access until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a payment fails and is not fixed, or a subscription ends, the business is paused; its content is kept and comes back when the subscription restarts.

Ending your account

You can stop using BizCrew at any time. In the app, Settings → Account lets a member delete their own account and the business owner delete the whole business. There are 14 days to restore it; after that your sign-in and your data are erased from our database and file storage. Things you wrote in shared chats and tasks stay, shown as “Former member”.

Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep BizCrew available and correct, but we provide it “as is”, without any promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BizCrew grows. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for an important change we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
