Delete your BizCrew account

You can delete your account at any time, from inside the BizCrew app or by emailing us.

In the app

  1. Open BizCrew and tap your picture at the top.
  2. Tap Settings, then scroll to Account.
  3. Tap Delete account. If you own the business, tap Delete business — this deletes the business and every crew member’s account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is closed straight away.

What happens next

Your account (or business) is closed at once and nobody can use it. For 14 days you can sign in and tap Restore to change your mind. After 14 days we erase your name, email, tasks, chats, voice notes, photos, documents and everything else in it. We keep only a record that the deletion happened, with no name, email or content.

Can't use the app?

Email developer@bizcrew.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We will reply within 7 days and the same 14-day rule applies.
